Clean boots regulalry. Do not clean with solvents. Polish with full grain leather footwear and treat with leather preservatives. Allow boots to dry naturally, do not force dry.
Shipping
Orders placed within Australia:
Dispatch will take place within 3 business days after the date of your order. Delivery to Capital Cities can be between 3-5 business days, faster if the express option is chosen. Regional areas between 3-8 business days and some remote areas in Australia may take longer. Delivery times are not 100% guaranteed.
Orders placed outside of Australia:
Dispatch will take place within 3 business days after the date of your order. Shipping time is estimated at between 7-14 days from when the goods were dispatched. Delivery times however are not 100% guaranteed.
Returns
Tradie accepts returns for exchange or refund on products purchased online within 14 days from date of receipt (excluding underwear). Products must be unworn and in original packaging, unless faulty. If you are returning for an exchange to a different size then the postage to return the goods is at your cost. Tradie will cover the postage cost to send out the replacements.
