Please note that due to health and hygiene regulations, TRADIE cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened pairs of underwear. Please send back your unopened items and we will organise a refund for these items plus one extra per our 1st pair guarantee.

Please note that our 1st Pair Guarantee is valid for 1 item per mailing address only.

Once the items have been received, checked and approved our customer service team will process your refund.
